CUSTOMISING YOUR GOLF GEAR
Yes, in fact we prefer to do the design work for you to save you time.
Simply send an email to sales@theback9.com.au with the outline of what you are wanting your golf bag or headcovers to look like.
Elements that we need in your initial design brief are
- Bag Style / HeadCover style
- Colour Preferences
- Fabric Preferences - Matt or Gloss
- Logo files - Preferrably pdf or ai format
- Position of logos / text on the bag etc
Within 12-24 hrs we will email back to you our initial design created from your brief.
We then collaborate with you to refine the design - colour placement, logo size etc until you are 100% satisfied with the design and provide the go ahead for production.
We provide unlimited revisions of the design
Yes absolutely.
Within 12-24 hrs of receiving your initial brief of what you are looking for in a custom golf bag or headcovers we will send you our initial design for comment. This often involves multiple designs to get the process started.
We then work closely with you to refine the design - colour selection, colour placement, logo size & placement etc until you provide the go ahead for production.
This service is FREE OF CHARGE and is UNLIMITED.
We know that every design requires tweaking and it is our commitment to provide 100% satisfaction.
After all it's your custom bag !!!!
There are two key elements to a "custom" golf bag or headcover.
- Customisation - colours and fabrics
- Personalisation - the addition of logos, branding text etc
All options regarding colours and fabrics are included in all our styles that can be customised - Golf Bag, Travel Bag, Valuables Bag, Duffle/Boston bag and HeadCovers
What is included as standard from a personalisation perspective does vary. See List below
Staff & Cart Bags - 4 standard logos.
Stand / Carry Golf Bag - 3 Standard Logos
Travel Bag - 2 Standard Logos
Duffle Bag - 3 Standard Logos
Valuables Bag - 1 Standard Logo
HeadCovers - 1 Standard Logo and Number or letter depending on style - eg Driver, Fairway or Hybrid
Putter Covers (Blade and Mallet) - 1 Standard Logo
All styles have drop down boxes offering advanced extra options with personalisation.
Yes you can add additional logos and even just text eg: website address or players name to a bag.

Without the written permission from the organisation of a trademark brand or logo we are unable to use them on your custom gear
A combination of premium embroidery and applique techniques are the most commonly used as they provide the detail and high quality required.
Industry leading UV printing also allows us to replicate very detailed images and photos directly onto the fabric.
Yes, our designers will work closely with you on your design including assisting with the selection of colours and fabrics.
Our premium fabrics are available in four main finishes,
- Matt,
- Gloss,
- Carbon Fibre Finish and
- Snake Print.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Production time from order placement and final artwork approval is 20 days.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location, typically 5-7 days from dispatch. At the time of dispatch we provide images of your custom item/s and tracking number.

Freight arrangements are in place to ship to most places across the globe.
Please contact us on sales@theback9online.com if your shipping destination is not able to be processed at checkout.
Countries shipped to in 2021 include - USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, South Korea, Dubai, South Africa, Mexico, Italy and Sweden
Yes, tracking numbers are provided on all orders
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, we will arrange for the exchange or refund of any Stock items purchased at The Back Nine, provided that:
- You return the item within 21 days of purchase;
- The item is not soiled, damaged, is in original and resalable condition
- The item is not sold to you as a clearance or sale item
- It is not a custom made item. In the case of a manufacturing fault on a custom made item that is approved by The Back Nine the product will be repaired or replaced.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The return postage is the customers responsibility. If possible, return goods via registered mail or courier service to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is faulty*, we will refund the cost of postage to return the faulty product, and we will also cover the cost for postage to send the new product to you. Please contact The Back Nine on sales@theback9.com.au for any queries regarding faulty products.
If you are returning due to change of mind, then you will incur the cost of return postage. Once we have received the product in store, your refund for the cost of product will be processed by the online store. We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment.
HOW MUCH WILL BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED
Your money will be refunded the same way that you made your purchase. This means, we will either credit your credit card account or your PayPal account, once the goods have been returned to us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty*, in which case we will refund the original postage amount once the item has been received back to The Back Nine.
* Items can only be deemed faulty once they have been returned and verified by The Back Nine.
Please note: The postage cost for exchanges or change of mind returns will be incurred by the customer.
