DESIGN & ORDER PROCESS

STEP 1 - Send an email to sales@theback9.com.au with the outline of what you are wanting your headcover to look like. Elements that we need in your initial design brief are

Colour Preferences / Logo files - Preferably pdf or ai format
Position of logos / text on the headcover

STEP 2 - Within 12 hrs we will send back to you the initial design created from your brief. We then work with you to refine the design - fabric type, colour, logo size & placement etc until you are 100% satisfied to give the go ahead for production. We offer unlimited revisions of the design.

STEP 3 - Once the order is processed through our online shop, production will take 15 days. On completion you will receive images of the custom item and a tracking number for your order
