The Back Nine Online would like to thank all our customers for their continued support during the COVID-19 outbreak. We have implemented the government’s protocols regarding social distancing in our design office and distribution facility and continue to operate our online service in both the distribution of stock lines and working with our clients personalised custom pieces.

We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure that all shipments from our warehouse are following the “No Contact” protocols with the Authority to Leave – (ATL) status applied in all cases. Unfortunately due to the reduction of shipping capacity across all transport and shipping networks both locally and globally, some delays are to be expected. 

Tracking information is provided on all our shipments once they have left our warehouse. Entering this tracking information with the relevant couriers is the best way to receive an update on your delivery.
